Continue your 30 minute appointments for inspiration to compliment your progress, personal goal setting, individual lessons regarding nutrition, physical activity, mindset, behavioural change and tips to overcome emotional eating once and for all.

For those who are simply sick of not seeing results, I've been there, I've done it, I've lost 60kg, THEN I designed my program to show you how. Don't be fooled, it takes a certain level of motivation and discipline but it also takes care and understanding - and I have that and much more.
Putting it simply, I am uniquely qualified to help others retrain their mind and body for long-term success. I have studied nutrition and weight loss, 8 years professional coaching experience, designed workshops and have been invited to give motivational lectures, but above all that I have truly lived it - my weight loss journey is something I am very proud of but the desire to share my program and success with my clients is my No.1 motivator.
When you join Every Step of the Weigh you will receive a personalised nutrition plan tailored to your needs, I will teach you how to recognise and stop emotional eating for good - I will give you intervention strategies that actually work. I will listen to your individual story of how you came to this moment in your life and harness your unique reasons for wanting to make better choices - no matter your stage in life, my empathy for your journey will be real and heartfelt.
I will coach you through the emotional road blocks that stop you from living your best life. And I'll be a phone call or text away if you need to reach me for confidential support.
I will teach you how to change your habits and behaviour around food and overeating so you can stop yo-yo dieting once and for all.
But - you have to want to make the changes. Sitting opposite me and reading a plan is not going to cut it. You can buy a gym membership or some home exercise equipment but you have to use them to make a difference. You will not be daunted by the program but you will need to comply.
My one-on-one face to face, phone and video chat consultations are focused around helping you achieve a healthy weight and lifestyle that you can sustain for the rest of your life. My program provides you with the support, education and tools you need to succeed.
